Women have different bodies and lifestyle than men and this is known to everyone. The problems that women face every day is difficult from that of men and in many senses, they are way more stressful. Women have to find a perfect balance between various aspects of their life to make things work. They have to take care of the chores, at the most they might get some help, but most of the responsibilities remain theirs. As working and earning makes them feel more useful to the house-front, more and more women are now working. They have to find a work-life balance.   • Manage Stress: A woman has to take on many roles in her life.   • Get Enough Iron and Folic Acid: Iron and folic acid (or folate) help promote good health and energy levels and decrease the risk of birth defects. Iron-rich foods include meat, fish, kale, spinach, beans, lentils and fortified breads and cereals. Folic acid is found in fortified foods, dietary supplements, citrus fruits, leafy greens, beans, and peas.
