Students send vulgar letters disputing Post story about ‘hellhole’ school

With a teacher’s encouragement, seventh-graders in a social-studies class at JHS 80 used their city-issued laptops last week to e-mail letters to The Post to protest a report about their school that cited discipline problems, hazardous conditions, and administrators who try to cover up violent incidents.

Sadly, the students did not display the writing skills they should be learning. The missives were rife with grammar, spelling and punctuation errors — and some curse words.

“Nobody took the time to read over the letters,” a source said.

U have no evidence to say that JHS 80 is hellhole. It’s how u think it is. This will effect a lot of students in a bad way. It offended me as well. Every school at least has 1 fight. This article is offended me and students in many ways. It make u fell that this is a bad school to study which is not. Ya gonna make a small thing to a big thing. You’re not speaking the truth.

this is unsatisfactory because my school is a good school it like the best school because we get to uses laptop and also we get free time i love my laptop than useing notebook because i can talk to my teacher if i do not understand anyting so what is your problem what do you want from my school do you know what get you dirty ass out of here cause if i fine out that you were once in this school i will not smile at you get me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
