The queen of Belgium stepped out in a dazzling tiara packed with 200 diamonds as she joined husband King Philippe, 56, for a state dinner in Tokyo.
All eyes were sure to be on the 43-year-old royal as she arrived at the ceremonial occasion in Japan’s capital.
