Parkview Center in Irvine to be reinvented – Orange County Register

Parkview Center in Irvine will get new tenants, landscape and design as the center is reinvented by the Irvine Company.

The company opened in 1975 and currently has 19 stores. This is the center’s first remodel.

Phase I will begin this fall. Irvine Veterinary Services will relocate to the former IHOP location. A quick service food operator and drive-through will replace Irvine Veterinary Services. The operator has not yet been announced. Both Irvine Veterinary Services and the food option will have a “coastal farmhouse feel.”

Phase 2 will begin in November and open in Summer 2018. A convenience store and gas station will be built.
