HomeQuest, Realtors LLC is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary making the dream of homeownership on the Hawaiian island of Oahu a reality. “Experience, professionalism, extensive market knowledge and our emphasis on going above and beyond in our service to our clients serve as the foundation of our business model here at HomeQuest,” said Andrea Kia, broker-in-charge and co-owner of HomeQuest. “In a business where success is often measured in dollar signs, we strive to build long-term relationships that are based on mutual respect and the high level of our service and industry knowledge.”

Andrea and fellow co-owner Lynn Wells, principal broker, took over HomeQuest in 2010 from Jack and Carky Ainlay, who established the company in 1987. Jack, now retired, stayed on as the property manager, and Carky is still one of the company’s top producers.

“Built as a grassroots company, HomeQuest has succeeded and grown in this competitive real estate market filled with large corporations and franchises. We are now one of the largest independent offices on the windward side of Oahu,” noted Lynn. “In this age of technology, we at HomeQuest still value the importance of the personal one-on-one relationships that we develop with our clients. This balance is an important key to our success.”
