After a recent application to the court seeking permission for treatment outside Tihar jail, underworld don Chhota Rajan has moved another plea asking for a pen and a diary.
With as many as 71 cases running simultaneously against him, Rajan has expressed a dilemma in maintaining the records of the cases and has therefore sought permission from the court to have access to a diary and pen.
