Amazon Fresh has dropped its monthly subscription fee nearly $10 to $14.99 a month, or $179.88 a year, for an overall savings of $119. Previously an annual membership was $299.
The Seattle-based online retailer announced the change on its Twitter page last week. Its Fresh service is for Prime members only, who pay an annual $99 membership fee. Fresh delivers groceries to select metro markets, including many communities in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Members who order by 10 a.m. receive same-day delivery by 6 p.m. Delivery time slots include one-hour deliveries or three-hour deliveries in temperature controlled bags.
